The Andalus Al Seef Resort & Spa was an amazing place for our family. The spacious Three-Bedroom suite was perfect for us, and we loved how close we were to the village mall, making it easy to grab snacks. The heated outdoor pool provided hours of relaxation and fun for the kids.
Some amenities in the kitchen were lacking.

A relaxing stay surrounded by charm
The atmosphere in the resort is enchanting, with palm trees and vibrant flowers. The pool area is an oasis of calm. Breakfast by the pools was an absolute delight with a variety of options.
While the location is excellent, the rooms felt a bit dated, and we encountered some hiccups with maintenance and service speed. The check-out process was slower than expected.

The pool experience was fantastic! The staff were super nice, helping me book my taxi and guiding me around 🌟. But the stiff beds made it less comfy for sleeping 😕.

The stay included both positive and negative experiences. The spacious room with a kitchenette was great, adding convenience during our visit. Staff members, particularly Ms. Aiza and Ms. Fatima, provided exceptional service, helping with early check-in and late checkout. However, the reception's handling of our noise complaint was off-putting, and the long wait for repairs on broken amenities was frustrating. Accessibility to nearby dining options was a plus.

Spacious Rooms and Great Pool Area
I enjoyed our stay in a one-bedroom suite which was super spacious with a nice balcony that had a lovely view. The best part was the pool area. it was relaxing, heated, and perfect for chilling under the sun. Additionally, having Carrefour just a short walk away made getting snacks and supplies very convenient. On the downside, the layout of the suite wasn’t very cozy, and some items in the kitchen were lacking, like small cutlery.
